Last week I was away on business in the Hanover hinterland, arriving well early for my appointment so that I could sketch a bit. Alas, it was bucketing it down so badly that I was almost drenched in no time and with no place to turn to. Luckily, I spotted a bus stop and was able to take shelter in it. The sketchbook came out almost at once because I had really looked forward to this. And then the sun came out too! All of a sudden everything was good again 🙂
Letzte Woche habe ich mich geschäftlich im Umland von Hannover rumgetrieben. Ich bin extra zeitig im Ort meiner Verabredung angekommen, damit ich noch sketchen kann, aber dann goss es wie aus Kübeln. Ich irrte ziellos und fast schon mutlos umher, als ich plötzlich eine Bushaltestelle (mit Dach!) sah. Von dort aus konnte ich dem Regen zugucken und zeichnen. Und dann kam auch noch die Sonne raus! Es war ganz herrlich schön auf einmal und alles war wieder gut 🙂
